- Meeting sourcing targets to enable timely closure of hiring mandate for business
- Meet productivity score on hiring i.e. performance standards on various hiring measures
- Timely and periodic reporting sourcing efforts and outcomes
- Ensure adherence to hiring practices as per standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly data on sourcing to business heads and program managers
- Share insights on attracting talent supported by data and documentation
- Exhibit professional conduct at work and meet working standards
- Respect and adhere to organizational policies and process
- Gain required knowledge on business accounts and practices
- Enable business meet iCustomer Happiness Index scores on service delivery
- Conduct online recruiting, pre-screen, assessments, and face to face employment interviews
- Develop and maintain relationships with local colleges and recruiting agencies to find qualified employees
- Attend and/or coordinate Knoah's participation at job fairs and community sponsorships/events
