- Actively engage the associates through structured interactions, as well as regular communications formally and informally.
- Should establish harmonious relationship between the management and associates.
- Facilitate proactive engagement conversations between associates and their managers, supervisors etc.
- Be the voice of Knoahites in reflecting issues back to management and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Assist in the implementation of HR and Talent Management initiatives for Knoahites.
- Provide inputs for improving the effectiveness of processes and policies on Talent Management.
- Should build high energy workforce, confidence and trust among associates.
- Facilitate and manage The Summit Awards (Rewards & Recognition).
- Managing Fun & Connect at Work, Event management, Skip level meetings, Open house meetings etc.
