Roles & Responsibility:

- Managing the day to day activities in line with approved MS schedule and site coordination

- Coordination with design team and vendors

- Monitoring and reporting for QA/QC at site

- Monitoring execution of chiller installation, PAHU works, Fire hydrant systems, Gas suppression systems, STP, Waste Management system, RO system, elevators & escalators, solar PV system, HSD systems, TFA,FA systems, smoke extraction systems IBMS and security system works

- Responsible for coordination low side mechanical work

- Review of drawing and raising RFI on design and coordinating with consultant

- Responsible for coordinating Testing & Commissioning and related documentation

- Responsible for Commercial closure of respective works.

- Managing & controlling all checklist documentation.

- Monitoring and reporting for QA/QC at site:

1) Quality assurance plan with check list, method statement, testing commissioning procedures, Initiating joint inspection for key activities like Chiller inspection, PAHU inspection, AHU, PAC etc so that there are measures taken to avoid critical lapses . Test report formats, type of test etc to be called out well in advance in agreement with consultant, client so that same can be sent to vendor for following.

2) Discrepancy to be discussed with project lead & consultant for the resolution.

3) Sample approvals for all the materials to be obtained from consultant, architect &Client. Photo report to be attached with signature over it.

4) Technical submittals all necessary equipment, materials to be approved by consultant, client & architect.

5) Ensure materials ordered are as per approval and checked at site for all deliveries with photo record.

6) Coordination with interiors, structural shaft size, lift well size, DG movement location accesses, AHU room door width etc

- Executing as per the SLD/Schematic of project

- Monitoring of complete HT/LT works under the package of Electrical (GIS Sub-station, Transformer, DG, Panels, BBT, UPS, PDU, Cable tray, Battery banks, Chillers, PAHU, TFA, FA units, IBMS, DRUPS, SMPS, and allied electrical activities work)

- Technical closeout for the project

- Also, checking and certifying the measurement in coordination and putting up for Project leads approval
