Roles & Responsibility:

- Monitoring the day to day civil & interior works in line with the approved MS schedule and get it executed by the contractor

- Monitoring of project progress and ensure quality as per agreed Bill of quantities.

- Organise for sample, sample board, timely approval and track on material delivery etc.

- Incase of any deviation, ensure it is highlighted to the Project lead and resolved as early as possible and on any serious deviation take it up with the Project Coordinator for quick resolving

- Make sure that all safety and regulatory issues initiated by the safety officers are in place and adhered too

- Coordinate with the consultant, project lead and contractor and resolve any site related issues then and there ensure work is completed as scheduled.

- Ensuring the latest drawing is only followed and old ones are superceded and the right specification material is brought in and used as per BOQ

- Study and assess drawings, plans, specifications and other documents relating to construction projects

- Direct, lead and support other engineering and skilled personnel in managing and executing multiple tasks and projects

- Coordinating with other services (mechnical, electrical, plumbing and safety&security services) for provision

- Monitoring of services foundation and pedestals.

Monitoring and reporting for QA/QC at site:

- Regular materials test reports review and confirmation

- Ensuring the make and specification of materials been used

- Quality checks on periodic basis with documents signed

- Authorising or rejecting the works executed at site level

- Ensure materials ordered are as per approval and checked at site for all deliveries with photo record.

- Providing CAR's and NCR's to the works deviated from Engineering practice and recording the same

- Inspection and Audit of the site on periodic ways

- Highlighting the materials short fall for the execution

- Materials reconciliation tracking and update on regular basis

- Managing & controlling all checklist documentation.

- Coordinating technical closeout for the project

- Also, checking and certifying the measurement in coordination with the site supervisors and putting up for Project leads approval
