JD:
- Converting leads into Business
- Scanning Business Environment for new business opportunities
- Develop a potential client base
- Market Intelligence on competitor strategy
- Maintain constant business relation and follow up with clients - Developers, PMC's, Architects, etc.
- Submitting the pre-qualification & follow up with client
- Ensuring the pre-qualification & acquisition of tender
- co-ordination for pre-bid meeting with client
- Preparation of cost estimates based on actual prices and anticipated escalations'
- Develop, maintain and update databse for various civil engineering works
- Floating enquiries to sub-vendors / service providers
- Submission of complete bid documents to client
- Liason with client for any further clarifications
EXPOSURE:
- Securing large Industrial projects with good clientele
- Additional benefit if he has tendered and secured piling projects
- Proven ability in acquisition of high value and profit margin projects across India
- Excellent network in the corporate and construction sector
- Should have been process owner of the P&E function in a corporate of repute
