After receiving a great response from Bangalore in the past three months, We are finally growing our team. We are looking for a City Head who will be responsible for managing the city team and bringing exponential growth.
The City Head will be responsible for managing merchant relationships and sales as well as user traction. On the user end the City head will be supporting the City marketing lead to help close on events and partnerships.
- Apart from supporting the Sales team, the City Head will also be responsible for building relationships with a number of merchants by identifying them, reaching out and providing them value added services.
- You should be energetic and aware of things happening in your city. You should already have a network which you can leverage to launch.
- This is not a role for the small thinker or the timid. This role is for someone who has extreme entrepreneurial prowess and zeal and wants to innovate around new ideas and solutions for new cities.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Ensuring growth of KleverKid in Bangalore.
- Resource planning, scheduling and performance management of the team
- Defining new processes for sourcing, curating and updating of academy merchant information where existing processes don- t exist
- Optimising processes and operations
- Developing a deep understanding of the product and seeking constant improvement of the content and the quality for our users
- Ensuring individual growth of the team members through training/coaching
- Interacting with other departments nationally/internationally.
Salary 6-7 LPA
