Under broad direction, she/he develops strategic alliances with other brands to generate leads for KLAY businesses. The individual will identify, connect and execute new strategic relationships with other brands.
- Forge relationships with likeminded brands in the childcare, retail, education and other connected industries
- Collaborate and execute on ground and online activations/initiatives with these brands
- Work with rest of the in-house team to create the repository of content and design for such alliance activities
- Connect regularly with the brands and be on the look out for what they are planning and doing on social media and other wise
- Crack opportunities to share space with other brands in larger parent network activations/exhibition formats
- Develop large school relationships (chain of schools with presence Pan India) before it is handed over to region wise marketing associates
- Develop pitch templates for the regional marketing associates to build on for their local alliances
- Review the ongoing relationships on monthly basis both in terms of activities done and the reach achieved with respect to what was planned
JOB Specification :
- Any Graduate + MBA
- 8 to15 years of experience in a B2B business development or strategic alliances role
- Extremely proficient in spoken and written English
- Good networking abilities on industry, LinkedIn and other Social media
- Experience in Retail, Service and Education industry is preferable
