Under minimal direction, she/he will be responsible for managing the overall OPERATIONS of the CENTRES assigned in the city. Cluster Ops Manager(s) of assigned clusters will report to this position. Regional Operations Manager will report to Regional Business Head.
- Responsible for operational readiness of NEW centre roll-out in the region
- Responsible for operational efficiency & service delivery
- Next level point of contact for any escalation from parents (customers) after Cluster Ops Manager
- Accountable for the Quality & Service consistency of the region, provide directions for enhancement
- Coach the Cluster ops and in turn centre heads for individual development & quality of centre leadership. Mediate conflicts
- Accountable for staff efficiency at region level & overall retention rate of the region
- Creates action plans, sets and manages goals, delegate tasks, and tracks metrics.
- Analyze the financial health of each centre in the region and motivate / coach the cluster team(s) to move in the direction of revenue growth
