We are looking for a "Marketing Lead" who will be responsible for B2B marketing with a focus on LinkedIn or social media marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- LinkedIn Strategy Development: Develop and execute LinkedIn strategies that align with company goals and B2B marketing objectives.
- Content Creation & Management: Produce engaging, relevant, and high-quality content (posts, articles, infographics, etc.) for LinkedIn and for existing KAs that resonates with decision-makers and target audiences.
- LinkedIn Ads Campaigns: Manage LinkedIn advertising campaigns, from ideation and budgeting to execution and optimization for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Lead Generation: Utilize LinkedIn tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to identify and nurture leads, building relationships that convert into business opportunities.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with relevant industry groups, influencers, and prospects to build a strong presence and foster relationships.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics (impressions, engagement, leads) and provide regular reports on LinkedIn campaign performance, making recommendations for improvements.
- SEO & Content Optimization: Ensure content is optimized for searchability and user engagement within the LinkedIn platform.
- Collaboration: Work closely with B2B sales and KA teams and other marketing stakeholders to align messaging, campaigns, and initiatives across channels.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
- 5-8 years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on LinkedIn or social media marketing.
Proven Track Record:
- Demonstrated success in generating leads, increasing engagement, and driving brand awareness through LinkedIn marketing.
Content Creation:
- Strong ability to write, create, and curate content that speaks to a professional, B2B audience.
Analytical Mindset:
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Insights, Google Analytics, and other performance tracking tools to measure and improve campaign outcomes.
Tools Proficiency:
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Ads Manager, and other marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in simple terms.
Creative Thinking:
- A proactive mindset with the ability to suggest new ideas for content, campaigns, and lead-generation strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Knowledge of B2B sales and lead generation best practices.
- Experience with LinkedIn Video, LinkedIn Events, and other advanced LinkedIn tools.
