About the role:
As a Client Service Manager at Klay, your primary responsibility is to provide support to the Investment Advisory Team, ensuring the highest levels of service for our valued clients. In this role, you will engage in effective communication with both internal departments and external clients.
1. Client Onboarding Excellence:
- Efficiently manage the client onboarding process, including the completion and submission of client documentation to both internal and external service providers.
- Address onboarding queries from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide necessary support to clients during the setup process.
2. Client Instruction Management:
- Ensure the streamlined management of client instructions, minimizing delays and errors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Investment Advisory Team's clients.
3. Client Query Resolution:
- Handle internal and external client queries promptly and efficiently, arranging responses and facilitating necessary communications.
4. Communication and Collaboration:
- Foster routine communication between various internal and external stakeholders to maintain transparency and efficiency in operations.
5. Regulatory Compliance:
- Collaborate with client advisors in the completion of periodic due diligence and ongoing monitoring reviews, ensuring compliance with internal and external (KYC) requirements.
6. Adherence to Investment Advisory Process:
- Assist client advisors in ensuring strict adherence to the Investment Advisory Process, which includes client classification and suitability assessments.
