We are seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our modern, USA-based eyewear brand. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving our brand's marketing strategy, fostering customer loyalty, and propelling our growth in the competitive eyewear market.
Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy and Positioning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's vision and values.
- Establish a strong and distinctive brand identity that resonates with our target audience.
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction across all marketing channels.
2. Marketing Planning and Execution:
- Formulate and implement innovative marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with product development, sales, and customer experience strategies.
3. Digital and Omnichannel Marketing:
- Spearhead our digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, social media, influencer marketing, and content creation.
- Develop and execute an omnichannel marketing strategy that seamlessly integrates online and offline channels.
- Stay ahead of digital trends and emerging technologies, exploring new avenues for customer engagement and conversion.
4. Customer Experience and Loyalty:
- Champion a customer-centric mindset across the organization.
- Design and implement customer loyalty programs and retention strategies.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improving the customer experience.
5. Team Leadership and Development:
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.

- Collaborate with agency partners and external vendors to achieve marketing objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successful marketing leadership in consumer-focused industries, preferably in the eyewear or fashion sectors.
- Extensive experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, influencer marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in data analysis and leveraging insights to drive marketing decisions and strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey ideas effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
