The company is looking for candidates for growing its Fintech enabled retail Lending business (Vehicle Loans, LAP, MSME loans and also proposed foray into Affordable Housing Finance. )

Experience : 7 years minimum

Qualification : CA /MBS /CAIIB

Job Description

a) Loan Product Design / Loan Suite Evaluation

b) Manage Lending Operation (Customer acquisition /Loan originations/Sales, Customer on boarding, KYC, Credit Check Disbursements, Documentation, )

c) Loan Management (Collections, Banking, collateral management )

d) Credit Underwriting / Risk Management

e) Resource Raising / Securitisation, Banking Operations

f) Liaising with Regulatory Authorities and Banks etc.

g) Overlook Compliance

h) Setup and Manage Team and Branches

i) DSA Setup, establishing tie ups with dealers/ developers etc.

Experience / Knowledge (7 plus years experience )

1) Experience in Retail Lending (fintech enabled lending) (Ex- Banker from Private sector or Senior DSA )

2) Deep Knowledge of Loan Products like

- Vehicle Finance (2 wheeler, 3 wheeler, 4 wheeler / commercial vehicles)

- Loan against Property

- SME Business Loans

- Education Loans

- Consumer Loans

- Equipment Finance

- LAS /Margin Trading

- Home Loans

3) Knowledge of Borrower KYC/E-KYC Process

4) Knowledge of Credit underwriting for Retail Borrowers & Credit Scoring

5) Knowledge of Loan Amortisation, FOIR, IIR & NPA Rules

6) RBI Compliances and NPA rules

7) Technology / Software Knowledge related to Lending (LOS and LMS software and CRM integration )

8) Liason with Regulators

9) Knowledge of Raising Loans from Banks, Securitisation, Assignment etc.

10) Knowledge of Co-Lending business and Distribution business (DSA)

11) NBFC Software systems
