KISSHT - Business Analyst

Business analytics team is responsible for providing data driven insights to business teams in areas of underwriting, fraud, cross-sell, collection, and marketing.

This function is responsible for following :

- Managing the overall risk metrics for the portfolio

- Ensuring that the portfolio health is maintained within accepted risk parameters as laid down by the board

- Providing regular review and analysis of portfolio trends to detect deterioration in portfolio quality and suggest corrective actions

- Reviewing the impact of policy changes at regular intervals

- Working with business analytics team to run scenarios on historical data to make policy changes

- Monitoring predictive models for underwriting, business growth, cross-sell collections etc.

- Work closely with bureau to make best use of bureau data to achieve collection efficiency

Experience :

- Exposure to Bureau data/alternate data/Loan data

- Work experience with Banks/NBFC/Fintechs in a similar role

- Hands-on with python. Knowledge of Tableau/Shiny will be a plus
