Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Presales Consultant to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in enterprise cloud infrastructure and low-code/no-code/RPA platforms, coupled with exceptional communication and presentation skills. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by understanding customer needs, architecting tailored solutions, and delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations. Your ability to rapidly build demos/POCs and structure comprehensive RFP/RFI responses will be essential for securing large enterprise deals.
Responsibilities:
Presales Activities:
- Conduct thorough discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and technical challenges.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Kissflow's low-code platform, showcasing its value proposition and capabilities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on solution architecture and implementation strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Manage and prioritize multiple presales engagements simultaneously.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including technical and business decision-makers.
Technical Expertise:
- Architect and design low-code/no-code/RPA solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of enterprise clients in India.
- Develop and deliver hands-on demos and POCs to showcase the functionality and benefits of Kissflow's platform.
- Provide technical expertise on enterprise cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS) and its integration with low-code platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in low-code, no-code, RPA, and cloud computing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the presales process.
RFP/RFI Management:
- Lead the development and submission of comprehensive and compelling RFP/RFI responses for large enterprise deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure accurate and timely responses.
- Structure and organize information effectively to highlight Kissflow's strengths and differentiators.
Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct thorough competitive analysis to identify key differentiators and develop effective counter-strategies.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, including other low-code platforms like Outsystems, Mendix, Appian, Power Apps, and Nintex.
Knowledge Sharing:
- Contribute to the development of best practices, templates, and knowledge repositories for the presales team.
- Mentor and train junior presales consultants.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA highly preferred.
- 10+ years of overall experience in presales, solution architecture, or related technical roles.
- Proven experience in architecting and delivering low-code/no-code/RPA implementations for enterprise clients in India.
- Strong understanding of enterprise cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS).
- Hands-on experience with low-code platforms (e.g., Kissflow, Outsystems, Mendix, Appian, Power Apps, Nintex) is highly desirable.
