- Optimise the funnel of satisfied customers (with high NPS / CSAT scores) to maximise the number and quality of homeshoots
- Work with internal and external agencies to produce videos documenting the homes of Livspace's customers
- Own the conceptualization, scripting, filming and editing of these videos
- Distribute the videos, optimising them for search and social media performance
- Analyse current performance and glean insights to consistently improve discovery, views and engagement
- Manage budgets and reduce production costs to improve ROI from videos
