KSND Solutions has been started by passionate IIM Indore graduates with a zeal to solve the problem of waste management in the water and food sectors. We are also the authorized distributor and delivery partner for Nara Technologies Private Limited in the Delhi/NCR region.
We are passionate about solving the most pressing environmental problems that plague the country today. We are looking for an equally passionate individual who is ready to put in long hours, travel as required and help come up with new ideas to solve problems that we face on a daily basis.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Create and manage Sales and Marketing strategy for the company's product range
2) Recruit, train and mentor new team members to carry out strategy
3) Interact with institutional clients like Real-estate developers, architects, project consultants, and manufacturers to develop new sales channels for the company
4) Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's IoT based water management products. Research the pros and cons of the company's products versus competitor offerings
5) Find new product development ideas after understanding customer requirements
Basic requirements
1) Post-graduate in Marketing/Supply Chain Management
2) Previous work experience should involve developing new sales channels for niche products
3) Previous startup experience would be preferred
