Kirtilal Kalidas Jewellers - Business Intelligence Analyst

Position Summary:

Responsible for designing statistical modelling processes and create predictive models to extract the data based on the business needs, share insights to the respective stakeholders and management to enhance data-driven decision making and transform the information in to recommended business actions.

Principal Accountabilities:

- Review and Validation of various functions data in the organization.

- Experience & knowledge in data findings and come up with key data metrics for Business Growth

- Expertise in Data mining

- To develop policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data

- Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies

- To analysis the collated data through different channels/software

- To understand the customer behaviour data analysis

- Strong reporting skills to present insights concisely

Preferred Technical Skills:

Experience in some of the BI related tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, C#, Hadoop etc. Preferred to have Salesforce certification marketing cloud platform, create meaning data insights using Salesforce, Einstein Analytics.
