Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional for the role of Manager in Governance, Risk, and Compliance, specializing in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), ISO Standards (27001, 22301), external audits, compliance activities, dashboarding, and IRDAI regulations. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, along with excellent communication and team management skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)

- Develop and oversee the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework.

- Implement processes to assess and monitor risks associated with third-party relationships.

- Ensure compliance with TPRM policies and standards.

2. ISO Standards (27001, 22301) and External Audits

- Lead the implementation and maintenance of ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 standards.

- Support external audits and compliance assessments.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, specifically IRDAI.

3. Dashboarding

- Implement and maintain dashboarding programs for effective risk monitoring.

- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on key risk metrics.

- Utilize dashboard insights to make informed decisions and improvements.

4. IRDAI Compliance

- Stay updated on IRDAI regulations and ensure compliance within the organization.

- Collaborate with relevant teams to implement necessary measures for IRDAI compliance.

5. Team Management and Communication

- Lead and manage a team responsible for governance, risk, and compliance functions.

- Foster a collaborative work environment and ensure effective communication within the team.

- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Desired Profile:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance roles.

- Strong knowledge of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) principles.

- Expertise in implementing and maintaining ISO Standards (27001, 22301).

- Experience in supporting external audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, especially IRDAI.

- Proficient in dashboarding for effective risk monitoring and reporting.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proven ability in team management and leadership
