We specialise in providing Managed Security Services in the areas of Governance, Risk, Cyber security & Privacy.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Specialist to lead and oversee BizDev and Sales functions for our Managed Security offerings.

Our offerings include Advisory Services, Assessments, Risk and Privacy and Expert services.

If you are a highly motivated, detail oriented, and customer focused problem solver, we have the perfect job for you!

We offer an opportunity to be the first person to form a team of your own.

This job is different from selling security products like Firewall. We are not looking for security product sales experts!

What will you bring to the job?

We are looking for someone with a proven experience of selling Managed Security services like like GDPR and compliances like ISO 27001 and SOC2.

You have:

- Prior experience of working through the entire sales lifecycle for new Managed Security projects.

- 5+ years of relevant experience working for any other Managed Security Services vendors.

- Familiarity with the domains and some technical knowledge / know-how around various offerings.

- Solid Industry / customer connects at the Cx / Decision maker level (CISO, CIOs, CTOs or CFOs).

- Proven Account management and cross-sell experience.

- Very high Customer Success orientation.

- Independent, self-driven result-oriented approach.

- Fluent in written and spoken English communication.

- Team-player with a Win-Win attitude.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Be the seed resource for the sales team

- Define appropriate processes for sales operations

- Research potential clients, existing and new markets, products and services to identify new business opportunities; maintain a curated list of leads

- Have an individual and team sales targets

- Defining Target market and Discovery, scoping opportunities

- Sales Planning and Revenue forecasting

- Effectively use digital marketing campaigns, social media presence, seminars, forums, web-site content and case studies

Account Management : Be a bridge between the customer and the technical delivery team

Qualifications

- B. Tech/B.E./MCA, PGDM, MBA degree will be added advantage

- Any security certifications like CISA will be a big benefit
