Kirana Club is a LinkedIn for Kiranas, where retailers connect with other retailers and FMCG brands to discuss business.
20 Lakh+ Kiranas on the platform discuss which brands to sell, new product launches & brand schemes.
Our goal is two-fold (i) to provide Kiranas with a platform where they get neutral and trusted information that empowers them to scale their business, (ii) to provide FMCG brands a platform to digitally reach Kiranas and influence their purchase decisions instead of depending only on feet on street.
What will you do ?
- You will identify gaps, and build processes that ensure a sustainable and scalable sales funnel for Kirana Club.
- You will manage FMCG enterprise clients (up to C Suite), and be responsible for repeats and scale up of revenue from enterprise customers.
- You will co-lead annual/quarterly/monthly planning cycles between Kirana Club and enterprise customers.
- You will bring analytical rigor to Kirana Club's after sales process including but not limited to suggestions towards product enhancement, measurement and campaign analytics.
- You will work with large data sets and identify opportunities to delight enterprise customers with 1st party trade and shopper insights.
Who are we looking for ?.
- Someone who is an MBA with 2-4 years of relevant work experience, or Tier 1 UG with 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
- Has worked with FMCG trade marketing/shopper marketing/customer development teams, or has been an ASM previously.
- The candidate should be able to empathise with FMCG enterprise customers, and develop scalable solutions for them beyond tried and tested ideas.
- The candidate should enjoy research and analytics, and have a flair for narrative building.
- Capable of initiating and sustaining independent work streams with mid-senior level stakeholders.
- Adept at written and verbal communication.
- Can initiate, cultivate and manage complex projects and bring in process efficiencies.
- Has been exposed to media and measurement, A/B testing and experimentation, implementation and optimisation of campaigns and creatives.
