About the Role:.
- We're seeking a results-driven Sales professional with a proven track record in the FMCG industry to drive our revenue growth by partnering with top FMCG brands.
- Your ability to build strong relationships, understand brand needs, and close deals will be key to expanding our customer base and maximizing revenue potential.

What You'll Do:.
- Accelerate FMCG Sales: Drive revenue growth by managing our existing pipeline and actively pursuing new leads within the FMCG sector.
- Become an FMCG Consultant: Act as a trusted advisor, understanding FMCG brands' challenges and showcasing how our solutions drive value for their specific needs.
- Lead the Sales Cycle: Own the entire sales process, from identifying potential clients and delivering impactful presentations to negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with marketing, product, and technology teams to refine messaging, develop targeted campaigns, and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Analyze and Optimize: Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and continuously refine strategies to maximize sales effectiveness.
Ideal Candidate:.
- Proven FMCG Sales Success: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets for enterprise-level FMCG clients in India.
- 5+ Years of Relevant Experience: Prior experience selling solutions or services to FMCG brands is highly valued.
- Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: Ability to build rapport, deliver persuasive presentations, and adeptly navigate complex negotiations.
- Adaptable Self-Starter: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, proactively identifying opportunities and finding creative solutions to challenges.
- Analytical & Results-Oriented: Comfortable with Excel, data analysis, and using data-driven insights to optimize sales performance.
