What you'll do:
- Lead customer success strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive customer success strategy aligned with our business goals.
- Drive customer adoption and retention: Increase customer usage of our platform and reduce churn through effective onboarding, training, and support.
- Manage customer relationships: Foster strong partnerships with key decision-makers at our FMCG clients, understanding their needs and pain points.
- Provide strategic insights: Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, contributing to product development and strategic planning.
Who are we looking for?
- FMCG experience is a strong plus
- An MBA with 2-4 years of relevant work experience, or Tier 1 UG with 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to initiate, cultivate, and manage complex projects and bring in process efficiencies.
- A passion for research, analytics, and narrative building.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exposure to media and measurement.
