These experiences range from education, social service, IT, Child Psychology, Nutrition, Community Medicine, Automobile, etc. The team members have worked on many children related projects from UNICEF & UNESCO. Position Summary

The Vice President (Business Development) role at Balvan Learning India Private Limited provides you with a unique opportunity to hone your all round business skills and provide leadership role to the company. You will lead the business growth in the region you are responsible for and will solely be responsible for the top line and bottom line of the company in that region. The job responsibilities fall in 3 buckets namely Building Franchisee Network, Building Franchisee Business and IT Business Process Handling. Further details are mentioned in the next section.

Being part of a start up organization will provide you with the room to experiment and learn at the same time. You will act as the CEO of the business of the region and participate in brainstorming and idea generation for the company.

Job Responsibilities

- Building Franchisee Network & Day Care business development Design and develop marketing materials geared towards attracting new franchisee in your Region in particular and across India in general

- Coordinate, review, edit and design responses to Request for Proposals

- Lead meetings with probable franchisee and end to end ownership of building the business through a franchisee network

- Tie-Up with corporate for Day Care benefits of their employees

- Building Franchisee Business

- Design and develop marketing materials geared towards attracting parents/students and building the franchisee business

- Develop and implement the firm’s advertising program - design and place advertisements; negotiate contracts with media; work with design agencies on advertising campaigns

- Identify partnership opportunities/ corporate tie-ups to build awareness and brand image

- IT Business Process Handling

- Streamline the online presence of the company to build the business namely handle the website communications and other online advertising

- Streamline the enquiry/lead generation/lead conversion module to grow the business in a sustainable manner

- Highly organized and ability to work independently

- Ability to manage multiple projects while prioritizing work assignments
