Job Description:- MIS Head - Process Management & Reporting & Analytics.

- Manage end to end MIS data entry, filing, cheque tagging and storage solutions

- Manage the external source for data and file management

- Manage a team of centralized processing of all data

- Manage a team of centralized processing of all EMI payments including accurate reporting of EMI payment bounces by various customers/hubs, etc.

- Manage the ACH registration/realization process

- Manage all data reporting to credit bureaus, both consumer and commercial information

- Identify better/more efficient ways to execute larger volumes of information without errors-

- Manage the team to deliver monthly / Quarterly / Yearly Analysis-

- To manage all types of Reporting and Automation

- Review and analysis of Segment wise, client wise profitability report for business improvement and strategic decisions

- Generating on-time, quality, custom reports based on requirements of external stakeholders such as bankers, lenders, investors, etc.

- Coordination with Operations teams ensuring control mechanisms are setup for effective monitoring.

- Analyse and report the impact of different "things" that affect the risk thresholds of the company

- Manage the changes to systems and processes to collect/analyse/improve what we do

- Work across people, systems, silos

- Analyse, present and create a data driven decision making at organization wise
