Position: Asst Manager / Manager HR Analytics
Job Description :
- This role involves leveraging HR data and analytics to provide insights, drive informed decision-making, and enhance overall organizational performance
- The HR Analytics team collaborates with HR teams and business leaders to deliver actionable insights that support workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement
Key Responsibilities :
- Data Strategy and Governance: Develop and implement a comprehensive HR data strategy, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations
- Establish and maintain data governance processes for HR data sets
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Lead the analysis of HR data to extract meaningful insights and trends
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support HR and business leaders in decision-making
- Workforce Planning: Collaborate with HR and business leaders to conduct workforce planning using data-driven insights
- Provide recommendations for optimizing workforce composition and skill sets
- Provide insights into factors influencing turnover and strategies to improve retention
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with HR leaders, business executives, and cross-functional teams to understand their analytics needs
- Translate business questions into analytics solutions and insights
