KIC UnivAssist - Senior Outreach Counselor

KIC UnivAssist enables universities to plan and execute their international engagement initiatives. Our services include student recruitment activities, public relations, consulting, and more in India, Southeast Asia, Latin America, China, Europe, and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities Areas:

- To develop and strategize the efforts of UnivAssist in conducting student recruitment tours, roadshows, education fairs for graduate and undergraduate programs for university partners globally.

- To develop new and maintain existing relationships with schools, colleges, and universities.

- To ideate, plan, design and lead education fairs/expo, tours and roadshows for graduate and undergraduate programs for global universities.

- To create travel itineraries for students recruitment tours, education fairs/expo and roadshows for UnivAssist university partners.

- To participate in and oversee the pre and post tour activities for student recruitment in education fairs/expo and roadshows.

- To ensure preparation of promotional collaterals for tours, educational fairs/expo and roadshows.

- To assist with organizing counselor fly-in programs to universities across the globe in collaboration with our U.S. partners.

- To liaison with travel partner at all times for coordination and execution of travel arrangements (booking for hotels, flights, ground transportation, airport transfers etc.) for all student recruitment tours, education fair/expo and roadshow.

Salary range - 9-10 LPA
