Job Description:
- Establishing systems, policies, procedures, SOPs, etc. and ensuring strict adherence to the same from day one.
- Strategizing manpower portfolio to ensure flexible manpower to suit market fluctuations.
- Initiating preventing measures to ensure Healthy Industrial Relations for Stable Operations such as robust recruitment process, appropriate manpower ratio i.e. 40% permanent & 60% flexible (NEEM, Apprentice, Contract Labour, etc.) rehabilitation of land givers, etc.
- To ensure cultural fit, initiating different learning and development programs at each grade level
- Develop and implement contingency plan to eliminate probable strike/ agitation.
- Prior Experience in Handling Unions.
- Wage Negotiations & Wage Settlements.
- Strong Statutory compliance experience.
- Mentoring and guiding HR&IR team of 23 tier one supplier companies, which are in the same vicinity, to ensure zero-man days lost due to IR issues and ultimately to ensure smooth supply of parts.
- Leaving positive footprints in and around Kia through successful management of Public Relations and Media Management
