Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager Marketing to join our team at Khimji Finserve Private Limited. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. The Manager Marketing will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies, overseeing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Khimji Finserves offerings.

Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.

- Manage digital marketing, brand management, and advertising initiatives to enhance brand presence.

- Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure effective execution of marketing plans.

- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in marketing strategy development, campaign management, and market analysis.

- Expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and advertising.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating teams.

- A background in financial services or related industries is highly desirable.

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
