ABOUT KHELFIE

Khelfie is a Sports-Tech venture led by IIT/IIM grads and Sports Experts. We are a two-way coaching and scouting platform, and India's first sports social network.

With sports-icons such as Sehwag, Dravid and Bhupathi on board with our idea, our cutting-edge mobile interface for remote coaching and visual feedback has already been launched for cricket in Delhi-NCR. Our immediate plans include expansion into other sports (Golf, Tennis, Football and Badminton), other Tier-1 Cities and into the iOS platform.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As 'Manager - Marketing and Sales', you will be responsible for:

- Design, execution and tracking of an on-ground marketing strategy to top academies and schools in Delhi-NCR.

- Consolidation of Khelfie's market leadership position as the preferred mobile application for top Cricket coaches, ex-Ranji and Team India players, in their respective academies

- Expansion of Khelfie's presence from Cricket into other sports - football, basketball, golf and tennis

- Planning and executing Khelfie's marketing in schools, academies, grounds, stadia etc.

- Working closely with the founding team and sports icons such as Virender Sehwag, and understanding the overall vision of the business.

- Defining clear user-growth and revenue targets, and on-ground & online execution to meet these goals.

WHO SHOULD APPLY

- Young-marketing rockstars, willing to learn quickly and execute a marketing strategy both on-ground and through the internet.

- We expect you to have exceptional communication skills in English, and good understanding of mobile applications and products. Fluency in Hindi will be considered a bonus.

- If you love sports, have a knack of convincing people, can manage a lot of jugaad and are looking for a steep-learning curve in the world of startups!

BONUS

- Candidates will be entitled to Equity and Stock Options (ESOPs) in addition to base-salary.
