Position Title : Senior HR Manager ( Talent acquisition for Retail)

Location: Chennai

Role Summary : The Senior HR Manager, Retail hiring will be responsible for staffing and inducting all the showroom employees. He/She will be responsible for attracting adequate requisite talent for the showrooms. The role shall require travel to locations.

- Key responsibilities of Sr Manager HR will include, but are not limited to, Develop recruitment plan with additional buffer to induct required number of candidates for Retail showrooms

- Expand the portfolio of sourcing channels used for recruitment to maintain diversity and quality of candidates

- Develop distinct recruiting brand proposition for Company to attract the best talent

- Plan and implement required promotional/relationship building activities to develop the brand and attract candidates

- Carry out recruitment process as per required timelines for upcoming showrooms and for filling vacancies in existing showrooms

Define strong recruitment process to manage the recruitment of large number of candidates each year:

a) Sourcing of candidates

b) Screening and selection

c) Reference checks

d) Appointment letters

e) Confirmation post probation

- Oversee the recruitment process coordinate with regional HR resources for interview and selection process

- Maintain clear candidate history of every candidate entering the Company process

- On boarding and New employee incorporation on the HRMS portal

- Grievance redressal

- Taking care of Internal job promotions and transfers

- Handling employee misconducts and initiating appropriate action

- Attrition management and retention strategies

- Handling Exit formalities

- Prepare data for weekly reviews

- Team management with 4 5 members

Desired Profiles:

- MBA HR/MSW HR with at least 10 years of Talent acquisition experience in Retail/FMCG/FMCD industries.

- Must have experience in handling any of the HRMS software

- Excellent in Microsoft excel

- Telugu is mandatory

- Job requires extensive travel to locations
