Role : Program Manager - People Strategy (SCHMHRD, IIM Ranchi, NMIMS, XISS Ranchi, Delhi School of Economics, Xavier School of Human Resource Management, Department of Humanities & Social Sciences, IIT Kharagpur)

Location : Bangalore

What will I do? :

- Create and Implement HR processes and practices that cut across HR sub functions like Rewards, Performance Management, Process Automation, HR tech tools implementation

- Work on HR data analysis, washboarding and reporting

- Put out fires, no matter what they are, when they come up

- Stay cool under the pressure of a rapidly growing company

Who will be a good fit? :

- Graduate in Engineering and MBA (HR) from a reputed business school like SCHMHRD, IIM Ranchi, NMIMS, XISS Ranchi, Delhi School of Economics, Xavier School of Human Resource Management and Department of Humanities & Social Sciences, IIT Kharagpur (Please note that we are an equal opportunity employer and this is list is only indicative)

- Passionate about People Strategy (HR)

- Loves data analysis and visualisation

- Exposed to Tableau / PowerBI

- Expert user in Outlook / Google Apps, including Gmail, Calendar, Sites, Sheets, Slides, and Docs. Advanced settings and options will be used and relied upon heavily

- Excellent note taker and can understand varied business and technical talks while taking effective minutes and capturing action items

- Superb follow through and organization skills

- Your tasks will be varied and rearranged constantly in priority. Being detail oriented is key to handling the pace

- Resilient - Tasks that may seem simple can become complex to navigate

- Approachable Personality - We're likely to make billion-dollar decisions as we are likely to take the team out for their hard efforts. Putting together events at different levels of scales and themes is critical
