Khatabook - Credit & Collections Manager - Business Finance

What would you do at Khatabook:

- Co-own and plan Annual Operating Plans including reporting of monthly / periodical reporting of P&L outcomes.

- Develop business strategies that will drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for Khatabook in the face of shifting customer and regulatory demands.

- Evaluate lending portfolio areas of Risk/Credit analysis related metrics and their implications (example NPA , Risk of Lending Product Products, Bounce Rate, Monthly Delinquency analysis) to keep control on early delinquencies.

- Monitoring on fresh acquisition and Controllership on portfolio mix from the Finance Team.

- Timely identification of cohort efficiencies to control sourcing quality and identify business opportunity in better segments to increase profitability/revenues.

- Develop customer risk segmentation as a part of policy framework to identify cohorts.

- Regular Interaction with business, credit and collection team to improvise policy parameters.

- Prepare monthly Risk & collections review Decks for required reporting.

- Support in collections strategies with developing policy, process, and framework for Write off, settlements, restructuring & recoveries.

- Drive down inefficient costs and optimize for steady-state costing. Also setting up necessary processes & control for achieving sustainable optimal cost.

- Automation of risk & collections related reporting.

What are we looking for:

- 4-8 Years of experience post qualification.

- MBA/Master's in Finance/Strategy /CA is preferred.

- Have relevant experience in Credit risk & collections (as a plus) or similar banking/investments or working in lending e-com company.

- Are efficient to partner/collaborate/co-lead business track with non-finance functions i.e. Business & Tech Functions.

- Are able to use business reporting tool/ERP's and proficiency with data analytics tool is an advantage.

- Have a proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics.

- Have conceptual thinking skills complemented by strong quantitative orientation, given that a large part of the business is based on rigorous analytic marketing & credit risk management.

- Have a successful track record of thriving in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment.
