As the Manager/Sr Manager - Marketing, you will be accountable for developing and managing the implementation of the Marketing and Brand strategy for the company and play a key role in leading the overall company growth plans.
- This role is for Head of the Systems marketing and shall be responsible for driving the systems business strategy for the organization.
- Design and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to create the awareness of company's business activities. supervising the department and providing guidance and feedback to other market professionals. providing ideas for promotional events or activities and organizing them efficiently.
- Ensuring that service levels are maintained and that the quality of work is high and pricing is competitive.
- Be the point of contact for sharing updates and new ideas with all such stakeholders.
- Maintain relationships with distributors, customers, and sales team members to ensure the future success of a company.
- Define the overall plan for product marketing team and work closely with the team to deliver it.
- Should have experience in handling ATL, BTL, PR
- Should be well versed with Digital marketing and social media
- Good in content creation
- Excellent communication skills
- Should be willing to travel whenever required
- Creative and out of the box thinker
