KGISL - Legal Specialist

- Exp in Corporate law is an added advantage.

- Willing to work in a corporate environment.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Should have knowledge on NDA Preparation, Vendor agreement preparation, SOW Preparation.

Legal Research and Support:

- Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of legal issues, including but not limited to contract law, employment law, intellectual property law, and data privacy law.

- Assist in the drafting, review, and negotiation of various legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, legal correspondence, and legal briefs.

- Maintain and update legal databases and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

- Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents with relevant authorities (e.g., courts, regulatory agencies).

Administrative Support:

- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for legal team members.

- Handle incoming calls and inquiries from clients, colleagues, and external parties.

- Prepare and submit expense reports and other administrative documents. Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive legal information.

Litigation Support:

- Assist in the preparation and organization of litigation materials, including discovery documents and exhibits.

- Maintain case files and track deadlines for court appearances and other legal proceedings.

Compliance Support:

- Assist with the development and implementation of compliance programs and policies.

- Monitor and track compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Conduct internal investigations and prepare reports as needed.

Other Duties as Assigned: Perform other duties as assigned by the Legal Counsel or General Counsel.
