- The incumbent will be responsible for supporting HR Operations of the organization.

- You will be responsible for implementing HR policies and processes, Employee on-boarding & off-boarding, payroll, Compensation & Benefit management, managing statutory compliances, preparation of MIS, maintenance and completion of necessary documentation.

- Administration of payroll & statutory compliances.

- Serve as contact person for employees and vendors regarding Payroll.

- Coordinate with Payroll Vendor for timely payroll processing by collating, preparing and providing the monthly payroll inputs as per the format and within the timelines established.

- Perform final check on the payroll, take approval and coordinate with finance for release to employees.

- Manage Statutory Compliance (EPF, ESIC, Gratuity) and coordinate with Vendor for the same.

- Administration & query resolution for PF, ESI, Professional Tax, LWF and other statutory provisions.

- End to end management of Quarterly / Bi-annual and Annual Audits like statutory audits, internal audits, compliance audits etc.

- Assists in the development, implementation and maintenance of human resources policies and procedures.

- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job responsibilities, work schedule, compensation, and employee benefits.

- Maintain all personnel policies and procedures and provide guidance and interpretation to staff.

- Provide information and guidance to employees on HR topics including business operations, processes, benefits, payroll, etc.

- Handle employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.

- Handle day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.

- Develops, prepares and delivers HR metrics such as attrition, retention, employee engagement, rewards & recognition activities, or other ad hoc HR reports as needed.
