Key Client Manager
The primary responsibility of the Client Manager is to take full ownership of his/her assigned accounts. Their key focus is to manage and grow relationships to drive land, expansion and renewals across all solutions within assigned accounts. They are required to pursue leads identified by aligned lead generation representatives.
Primary Segment Focus : Existing clients and New clients
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients in the enterprise vertical to ensure continuous business in the assigned territory
- Generate new sales through selling ICT solutions like networking, security, data center, cloud, virtualization, IP telephony, voice, video
- Focus on sales forecasting and accomplishing monthly, quarterly, yearly revenue quota
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- Obtain a thorough understanding of client's business needs to deliver as per the requirement and maintain CSAT
Secondary Responsibilities :- Generating leads to acquire new logos and grow enterprise vertical
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Serve as the link of communication between clients and internal stakeholders
