Job Title : Key Accounts Manager (KAM)
Reporting manager : GM Sales

Locations : Chennai,Hyderabad & Mumbai
Job Purpose :
- Will be responsible for OEM and Projects business (Volume and Revenue) for the accounts that are managed by him (Wood Adhesives and Wood Finishes)
Key Responsibilities :
- Key account mapping/trials and conversions (1 MT and more monthly consumption is a KAM account)
- Achieving volume and revenue targets for the Region on a monthly basis (Wood Adhesives and Wood Finishes)
- Key Account Management Engagement/BD for retention and market share
- Business Development Activities with KAMs for value added services
- Maintaining right product mix in line with business objectives
- KAM engagement and retention
- Identify and activate Wood Finishes KAM account markets/clusters project stockiest appointment/trials/conversions
- Collection from project stockiest/KAM accounts as per defined NODs
Key Performance Indicators :
- Achievement of Targeted Primary/Secondary sales (both volume and value targets)with specific focus on premium products
- Share objective with KAM/Mega KAMs
- Key account opening (new accounts) and growth of existing accounts as per plan
- Maintaining right product mix as per plan
- Debtor management/collections of O/S in line with defined NODs and plan
- KAM account productivity and share
- Engagement activities
Qualifications, Certifications And Experience :
Minimum Qualifications : Graduate and MBA
Specific experience :
- Around 5-10 years in relevant industry/preferably having managed OEM/Projects business.Exposure to multiple states and should have managed a large team
