Job Title : Key Accounts Manager - West
Division/Department : Sales
Reports to : National Key Accounts Manager
Direct reports : Key Accounts Executive
Experience : 8 - 12 Years
Education : Full time MBA (Reputed Institute)
Purpose of the position:
- To manage sales & operations for the local, regional & national accounts within the region.
- To drive & achieve the annual business plan set for each chain.
Main Responsibilities:
- Driving the annual business plan set for each chain.
- Drive Baby-Care market development and enhance market share and Share of Shelf in the Modern Trade Channel.
- Drive sustainable account growth with the right execution ( Assortment/Placement/Plano grams/ Branding/Promotions & Pricing).
- Deploying Display Fixtures and Activation while managing the relevant investment budget and the Return on Investment.
- Coordination with regional chain HQ in the area.
- Executing Activities/ Events to drive customer acquisition and in-store activation .
- Ensuring timely collections and reduction in debtors outstanding for all chains under his/her control.
- Ensuring 80% plus fill rates across chains through effective sales forecasting.
- Managing a team of Promoters (Happiness Consultants) present at select outlets.
Skills:
- Key account management.
- Superior oral & written communication skills with highly acquired interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Exposure to the sales & key account management in Baby trade would be an added advantage.
