Hiring with Producer of food products intended to serve the customer un-junking food-based in South India, looking for KAM to manage big clients. Can Consider GT, MT, Quick Commerce or E-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

- Platform & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key quick commerce platforms and category teams.

- Sales Growth & Visibility: Implement strategies to enhance product discoverability and availability, driving revenue growth.

- Product Onboarding & Catalog Management: Oversee the end-to-end onboarding of new products, ensuring optimal placement, accurate descriptions, and competitive pricing.

- Advertising & Promotions: Plan and execute campaigns, offers, and deals in collaboration with quick commerce partners.

- Data Analysis & Optimization: Track sales performance, inventory levels, and platform metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and superior customer experience.

- Market & Competitor Insights: Stay updated on platform trends, new features, evolving consumer behavior, and competitor activity to implement best practices.

- Event & Campaign Execution: Ensure the seamless execution of key platform events and promotional campaigns.

Qualification / Key Requirements :

- Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Experience: 5+ years in Quick Commerce or E-commerce Account Management, preferably in FMCG.

- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Quick Commerce platform dynamics, promotional strategies, and consumer behavior.

- Sales & Target-Driven: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools & MS Excel to derive actionable insights.

- Strong Communication & Negotiation: Ability to collaborate effectively and build strategic partnerships.
