Hiring for a online F&B client who have revolutionized tea across 100 countries by sourcing fresh produce from 150 Estates across India and Nepal. Founded in 2012, they have raised 6 Million USD funding in 2015 from Investors like Accel Partners, Dragoneer Investment Group and Ratan Tata to name a few.
We are looking at a Key Account Manager based out of Bangalore who can take care of the HORECA clients primarily.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Prospect & Identify HORECA, Corporate and Gifting customers for Teabox Products
- Conduct End to End Activities to close the sales: Cold Calls, Prospecting, Sampling of the products, Proposal Preparation, Negotiate and Close the sales/contracts.
- Manage relationships across levels with HORECA, Corporate Customers and Gifting partners.
- Co-ordinate with Multiple functions - Operations/Logistics/Finance to streamline supplies to end customers and ensure payments.
- Develop Sales Plan and Monitor Sales. Provide Weekly and Monthly Activity report, highlighting critical issues and solutions.
- Identify Channel Partners in the market and recommend opportunities for growth.
- Monitor competition activities and develop a plan to counter competition activities.
Qualification & Skills :
- 4+ years of experience - Experience in HORECA/ Institutional Sales primarily taking care of Luxury products
- Enjoys working in Individual Contributing Role. Is self-motivated and has the ability to work in fast paced office environment.
- MBA preferred, Proficient MS Office Suite. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to maintain excellent relations with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and shift priorities frequently - great at troubleshooting and finding solutions
- Ability to think strategically and collaboratively
