Key Accounts Manager : PSU Channel
Key Deliverables:
- Act as a one-point contact for the mapped PSU channel partners.
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements & Serve as the link of communication between Channel partner and internal teams
- Developing business through consultative engagement with Bank of Baroda's & Other PSU partners' key decision makers/influencers in HO/ZO/RO
- Help Head - PSU Channel , achieve designated annual sales target/ market share by managing mapped channel partners.
- Support Head - PSU in Managing both Retail & Wealth (Radiance) distribution channels to generate business for BBNP MF.
- Arrange for Training and knowledge sessions regularly.
- Work towards increasing NISM / EUINs in Bank of Baroda Network
- Successfully implement the digital onboarding and engagement strategy
- Coordinate with Bank to implement various strategies during Campaigns/ NFO including dissemination of timely MIS
Ideal candidate Profile:
- MBA (or Equivalent) from Reputed University
- Valid NISM Certification
- 5-12 Years of work experience including at least 5 years in MF Industry, (Priority for people handling similar roles)
