Position : KAM (Modern Trade & General Trade)
Location : Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad
Product Range : 100% plant based, Gluten free, Lactose free, high in proteins, fiber, calcium, potassium, iron, and vitamin rich products.
Key Responsibilities :
- List and place the products in modern retail format stores and key outlets to ensure and exceed the target.
- Launch new products in high potential outlets of assigned cities (MT/ Key outlets)
- Develop and maintain an efficient new channel distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of products across the key outlets.
- Recruit, manage, train and motivate the sales team to achieve or exceed the sales targets.
- Collect customer and market feedback and report the same to the organization with insights.
- Monitor account wise performance, analyze sales data, forecast periodically and report details to the sales head.
- Conduct and execute the sales promotion activities in the market place to increase product off takes.
