As a Key Accounts Manager,you will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers and your Key Responsibilities include
Interact independently with client stakeholders across levels
Develop High quality analysis from various information sources
Craft High Impact Client Communication & presentations
Manage multiple projects with competing deadlinesSet up and implement new and on-going projects.
Provide timely status reports, project analysis and recommendations.
Proactively identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans
Ensure projects are executed in a seamless fashion with effective coordination with internal teams such as survey programming, data processing and coding teams and vendors (such as translators, sample providers etc.)
Set-up and monitor reports to evaluate key project metrics
Ensure quality measures are followed and update clients regularly on project progress
Understand contours of B2B market dynamics & firms business objectives
Ensure key project performance metrics such as project profitability meet or exceed established guidelines
Closely liaise with clients for projects briefing and post survey information
Ensure invoices/purchase orders are raised on time and vendor invoices are sent within the timeframe
Keep the internal tools fully updated on a daily basis so that everybody can know exactly the status of a project by checking the tools
Ensure maximum client satisfaction by maintaining high level of quality for client deliverables, periodic communication on the progress of the project,
Keep clients and supervisor in the loop and involve them whenever there is a change in the project specifications
Candidate Profile:
2 - 7 years of client delivery and market research delivery experience with a leading management consulting, market research, or strategic advisory firm.
Track record managing and growing a client portfolio with significant annual revenue
Experience in aligning key client business challenges with customer survey development, stakeholder targeting, statistical analysis and executive presentation.
Strong primary and secondary research skills for quantitative and qualitative analysis coupled with understanding of business statistics, KPI's, operational metrics and mathematics aligned with the financial performance of companies.
Knowledge of quantitative techniques
Must have account management experience and can build the client relationship for long term partnership
