Job Description
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers- expectations
- Develop relationships across the target account organization
- Increase awareness about Company's products within the users in the account
- Brand awareness & MARCOM activities like discovery days, marcom activities
- Improve CAS scores
- Works closely with Customer Service /Product team/ Supply chain to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
- Organize regular reviews with Key Accounts.
- Tracking the shopping list of Accounts and identification of key influencer, decision maker and end user
- Mapping of direct and indirect sales in the account
- Leads a team of Key Account Managers and monitor their performance using internal MIS
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, Account management
- Graduate in Science, with Qualifications in Management
- Experience in leading a team
- Extensive travel
- Ability to direct and be a mentor on the ground to attain Sales Target
