Key Accounts Manager (HORECA)
The Key Account Manager (HORECA) develops yearly a sales plan in cooperation with the HOD in line with the business strategy.
You will acquire new customers and develops existing national hotels and other hospitality/foodservice chains by:
- Ensuring achievement of agreed targets/KPI's.
- Identifying sales opportunities within designated territory.
- Cold calling and visiting of selected prospects.
- Increasing business with existing key accounts.
- Understand all the prospects needs, problems to overcome obstacles.
- To achieve the annual targets allocated for the year as per ASP.
- To plan the monthly targets CP-wise / direct account-wise, track them and ensure that the CPs / direct accounts are billed as per the plan.
- To increase the numeric distribution of all the brands as per the market plan.
- Monitor primary and secondary sales.
- Plan for regular & differential MRP requirements for the month.
- To ensure that stocks are at optimal levels at CFA and CPs for all our brands and ensure that there are no stockouts because of non-supply and ensure aging of the stocks as per the norms (to ensure that no stocks should move towards expiry).
- To meet up with channel partner periodically.
- To address all market grievances and inform his line manager on priority.
- To provide market information of competition to his line manager.
- Manage this team for achieving organizational objectives.
- Report the Visi cooler status after engaging with the team, in case of any discrepancy report to the Line Manager.
Qualification And Experience:
1. Minimum 5+ Years of Experience in HORECA Segment & Driving B2B / Institutional / HoReCa sales through strategic business development and existing account optimization
2. Strong communication & negotiation skills and with an approach of leading.
3. Should be handling KAM role.
4. Generating leads for HoReCa & tie-ups with potential clients.
5. Coordinate with Hotels, Restaurants and Caf's for orders with Operation team; from an order's initiation to its shipment.
6. Conduct market research and provide product development teams with competitive intelligence.
7. Develop and execute a comprehensive regional plan to drive revenue and market share.
8. Organizing events for client meets.
9. Should be open to travelling and should have good networking presentation and team management skills.
