Product Range: 100% plant based, Gluten free, Lactose free, high in proteins, fiber, calcium, potassium, iron, and vitamin rich products.
Key Responsibilities :
- In depth understanding of HORECA channel & Brand Activation.
- Universe Mapping - Mapping and categorization of outlets using FHRAI guide/Zomato/Times food guide.
- Commercially strong and should drive top line by signing profitable contracts.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all key accounts in assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- To plan and execute trade and visibility standards.
- Able to analyze data, sales statistics and translate results in to better solutions.
- Go getter with a drive to excel and minimum 20 days of working in market.
- Identifying and networking with prospective clients.
- Drive events and always looking for opportunities to increase brand visibility.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Track key account metrics (e.g. Monthly/quarterly/annually sales results).
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Requirements :
- MBA/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Solid experience MS Office (particularly MS Excel & Power point).
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
