Job Description - Managing Key Accounts and develop business specifically with the Pharma Accounts.
Client Details: One of the leading manufacturer of high-quality pumps and mobile mixing plants for hygienic applications and is operational since 1909. They produce top-notch hygienic pumps which are used in Dairy, Beverage, Brewery, Food, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, and Chemical Industries.
Description:
- Consistent marketing and product presentation to the end customer for the special applications.
- Plant/HQ visits to maintain good relationships with Project Managers, Procurement and Plant Managers of the End customer in the pharma sector in India
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirement.
- Work closely with the leads from Pharma consultants.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objective.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationship.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
- Work closely with regional sales team and the HQ in Pune for the information exchange
Profile: Candidates with relevant experience in Key Account Management from Pharma Segment would be desirable.
