Key Accounts Manager
We are in search of an individual who is currently at the role of a Key Accounts Manager in Fragrance Division-(personal care, hair care, skin care and cosmetics, fabric care, household products, fine fragrances) with an experience of 9-10 years into fragrance division
The following are the Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for developing and growing assigned set of customers to achieve business targets.
- Accountable for achieving sales target on your assigned responsibility as well as profitability maintenance/improvement (as needed).
- Build and maintain relationship with key contacts, buyers and keep abreast of trade developments, competition, emerging consumer's behaviors and trends.
- Accountable for developing business in high potential key accounts where we do not have any presence
- Formulate Account Plan which has to be in line with marketing and sales strategies to grow the assigned key accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and proactively work closely with cross functional team to translate opportunities into actionable plans
- Responsible for rolling sales/demand forecast of the entire range Implement marketing and sales programs in assigned key accounts to achieve the respective brand's marketing and sales objectives.
- Maintain updated knowledge of products, share products- information with the customers.
- Work closely with the Fragrances Creative team in the organizing of promotional activities such as trade exhibitions, road shows etc.
- Will be responsible for working capital management by controlling overdue & FG stock.
Education : MBA (Marketing) from a reputed University
Experience : 9-10 years of account management experience preferably in fragrance industry and out of that at least 5 years of experience of handling key accounts
