One of our esteemed client into FMCG firm for Soaps is looking for AGM- Key Accounts Manager for Contract Manufacturing Business.
Designation - Senior Manager/AGM - Key Account Manager
Educational Qualification - B.Sc (Chemistry), B.Pharm/ MBA (Marketing) Experience 8-12 years
Reporting to - Head-CMB
Key Internal Interactions
1) Supply Chain Group
2) Manufacturing plants
3) Finance
4) R&D Group
5) Packaging team
Key Responsibilities
1) End to end client relationship and account management.
2) Play an active role by providing key inputs in the SNOP process
3) Achieve targeted CMB sales volumes and value from accounts on monthly and year-on-year basis.
4) Constant review and negotiation of pricing with targeted accounts to maximize product realization.
5) Ensure collection of payments and statutory documents from targeted accounts by due dates.
6) Develop new accounts, new products from existing accounts from drawing board to commercial production.
7) Resolve all customer queries on product quality / technical specifications, production, supplies and pricing.
8) Constant follow up with production team in order to ensure the product meets client specifications and timely deliveries
9) Keeps track of pricing strategies and techniques and applies the same in account management
Technical Skills and Knowledge
1) Strong conceptual understanding of sales, marketing, business development, key account management and CRM concepts, trends, and best practices.
2)Hands on with Product Costing & Pricing, Liasioning with R&D, Production Teams, Supply Chain
3) Technical knowledge on oleochemicals, personal care products business.(nice to have)
4) Knowledge on a) Production methods / equipment of personal care products and b) Vegetable Oils.(nice to have)
