Digital Strategic Alliances Manager / Key Accounts Manager / Mumbai / Delhi
JD for Requirement :
- Responsible for creating the new account acquisition strategy & forging partnership with digital platforms/aggregators, emerging ecosystem players & other innovative channel
- Candidate should have mapped/ have an idea about the Ecommerce Players across Fintech, Healthtech, Lifestyle, Shopping, Cab Aggregators etc
- Candidate should understand how to bundle Insurance with the other regular offerings
- Candidate should have an idea of how Ecommerce Business works, how to generate leads, what kind of products fit ( Group/ Retail) on such leads for Insurance
- Candidate should have done Strategic Alliances or Corporate Sales in BFSI space( preferably in Insurance)
- Candidate should have good presentation & solutions approach
- Candidate should know how to engage with prospective partners and to identify partnership opportunities for corporate agency & group business
Measure of Success :
- Number of new partners acquired
- New Business generated from new accounts
- Quality of relationships built.
- Strong analytical skills & proficiency in MS Office to provide analytics & presentations enabling the Senior Management to take decisions
- Strong problem solving & structured approach to work
- Emotionally balanced and mature to handle pressure & build relationships
- Willingness to stretch & work beyond role boundary
- Networking skills through Social Media & Trade Meets
